The final phase of the Brickyard Creek Cottage Community adds 13 new cottage sites and 5 lakefront lots. Although a continuance of Brickyard Creek I and II, Brickyard Creek III is distinguished by fewer cottages on more vast forested common space, deep ravines, uncommon stands of mature pine trees and municipal sanitary sewer. Cottage designs continue to be improved and up-graded in meaningful ways.
